    I love the hats here. Sadly my beloved millinery is letting me down. First discontinuing The Griz, (adore this hat) and now not having any of the fedoras or trilbys that I love in my size. What's going on?

    Mr. Charles, I am an existing customer as well and to be honest, the last 3 weeks dealing with Goorin has been a simple nightmare, I ordered a hat in February, the 23rd to be exact, it is now the 11th of March and I have yet to get a. an e-mail with tracking information, b. My Hat c. anyone to correspond to me in any format, I have left messages, e-mails, called my local store, everything I could think of to either get my hat or just simply a refund, and nothing is working.  I also agree with you, on the lack of inventory, it is dismal, makes me wonder what may be going on with Goorin that the public is not aware of, it is sad, for such a nice product to have such terrible customer service.  I still don't know where to turn, maybe I will reach out to my credit card company and simply just get them to get my money back some kind of way.  I know I am on here venting, but this is just how frustrated I am with the whole ordeal, simply unacceptable.

    i ordered a Nicolas Rio in Large.  i was sent the wrong hat.  not even close to the one i selected.  i have submitted online requests for follow up.  i have received an email asking me to self-select my inquiry type and resubmit the email with the inquiry type into the subject line.  done.. no response.   i requested an online chat.   no response. i called live local support which only has a recording to send an email.  UGH!  what is gong on here?  will someone please follow up with me.  i should not have to jump through these many hoops to get the hat i actually ordered.  Thank you.  sam sgambati (919)604-0479  samsgambati@gmail.com

    3099021895 missing hat never shipped and can not get anyone to provide a honest answer was told it was being delivered from Williamsburg Brooklyn store and still have not received tracking info chat reply never useless can not even speak with a live person going to file a fraud dispute with credit card company
