You can return your Goorin Bros. online purchase to in-person at any of our Goorin retail store locations, for exchange, refund or store credit, within 60 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition, and must be accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt.
Please do note that Goorin Bros. retail store purchases cannot be returned to our online store. If you do not live near a Goorin retail store location, but need to return your retail store purchase, please contact our Customer Service team by phone at 877-428-1895 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, for assistance.
Goorin Bros. online and in-store purchases cannot be returned to any Goorin Bros. authorized retailer, and we cannot accept returns, online or in-store, of items purchased from authorized retailers.
All products purchased online at goorin.com, and determined valid by Goorin Bros. to be defective in manufacturing or materials may be exchanged within 365 days of date of purchase, when accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt. Goorin Bros. guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Your return for exchange or refund MUST be accompanied by your original paper or digital receipt. We cannot honor returns for refund or exchange without their respective original paper or digital receipt. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for refund or exchange outside of the 60 day from date of purchase window.
Gifts being returned without an original paper or digital receipt will be issued a Goorin Bros. Gift Card for the current selling price of the item.
