International customers can return online orders to our online store for refund only, within 60 days of purchase, and when accompanied by paper or digital receipt.
*Canadian customers may complete returns and exchanges through one of our Canadian shop locations
Customers are responsible for shipping cost, duties, and taxes on all items returned to our distribution center. If an exchange is needed, international customers are asked to please process a return and then place a new order for the item(s) they prefer. Please contact our Customer Care team for details or assistance.
