On rare occasions, our stock will sell-out prior to a sale being completed, but before the order actually ships. Typically its because a confirmed item turns out to be damaged, or because of an unforeseen shortage based on sell-through.
If an item you order sells out, and we are unable to ship, we will refund you the amount paid after conversion. What this means is, unfortunately, we cannot refund variances in conversion; we can only refund the amount paid for the unavailable item, in US dollars, at our website.
