COVID-19 Extension Policy
All items purchased between 2/16/2020 and 2/29/2020 are granted additional return period ending on 6/30/2020. All items purchased between 3/1/2020 and 3/15/2020 are granted additional return period ending on 7/15/2020. Returns must be accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt; products must be in their original condition.

Goorin Bros. retail store purchases needing an exchange, refund, or store credit can be returned in person to any Goorin Bros. retail store location. Returns must be accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt, products must be in their original condition, and the return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
In-store purchases cannot be returned to our online store.
Purchases made in-store, can be exchanged or refunded to any of our Retail locations.
If you do not live near a Goorin retail store location, but need to return your retail store purchase, please reference our STORE CONTACT LIST to find the address, phone number, and hours of your closest store.
You can return your Goorin Bros. online purchase to our online store, or in-person to any of our Goorin retail store locations, for exchange, refund or store credit.
Items purchased from The Farm must be returned online, and cannot be returned to a Goorin Bros. retail store location.
Returns must be accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt, products must be in their original condition, and the return must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please do note that we require an RMA. Any returns sent back to our warehouse without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to damaged or defective product.
Goorin Bros. online International customers can return orders for a refund only. Customers are responsible for shipping cost, duties, and taxes on all items returned to our distribution center. Please note that any customs fees paid at time of delivery are non-refundable. If an exchange is needed, customers will need to process a return and then place a new order for the item(s) they prefer. Please contact our Customer Care team for details at email@example.com.
Goorin Bros. online and in-store purchases cannot be returned to any Goorin Bros. authorized 3rd party retailer, and we cannot accept returns, online or in-store, of items purchased from authorized 3rd party retailers.
All products determined valid by Goorin Bros. to be defective in manufacturing or materials may be exchanged within 30 Days of purchase when accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt. Goorin Bros. guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Your return for exchange or refund MUST be accompanied by your original paper or digital receipt. We cannot honor returns for refund or exchange without their respective original paper or digital receipt. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for refund or exchange outside of the 30 day from date of purchase window.
