Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between November 17th thru December 31st may be returned or exchanged until January 14th. Any items that are part of FINAL SALE promotion, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
We will happily exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days from the date of an in-store purchase or from the date an on-line order was fulfilled.
Products must be in their original condition, and your return for exchange or refund MUST be accompanied by your original paper or digital receipt. We cannot honor returns for refund or exchange without their respective original paper or digital receipt.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns for refund or exchange outside of the 14 day policy window.

Goorin Bros. Stores
You can return in-store purchases to any of our Goorin Bros. retail store locations, for exchange, refund and/or store credit.
In-store purchases CANNOT be returned to our online store.
If you do not live near a Goorin Bros. retail store location, but need to return your retail store purchase, please reference our STORE CONTACT LIST. This listing has all the current locations, contact information and hours of our stores.
You can return your Goorin Bros. online purchase to our online store, or in-person to any of our Goorin retail store locations, for exchange, refund and/or store credit.

Please do note that we require an RMA. Any returns sent back to our warehouse without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to damaged or defective product.
*All international sales are final. We currently cannot accept returns on international purchases under any circumstances.
Goorin Bros. Manufacturer Guarantee
Any products determined valid by Goorin Bros. to be defective in manufacturing or materials may be exchanged within 1 year of purchase when accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt. Goorin Bros. guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Goorin Bros. and Authorized 3rd Party Retailers
Goorin Bros. online and in-store purchases cannot be returned to any Goorin Bros. authorized 3rd party retailer, and we cannot accept returns, online or in-store, of items purchased from authorized 3rd party retailers.
