All products determined valid by Goorin Bros. to be defective in manufacturing or materials may be exchanged within 365 days of the date of purchase, and when accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt. Goorin Bros. guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Items must have been purchased directly from goorin.com or a Goorin Bros shop. Items purchased through third party retailers are not covered under Goorin Bros manufacturer warranty.
