Once an online order has been completed and confirmed, sadly, we are unable to add or make changes to the items ordered. We can, however, make changes to a ship to address.
If you need to make a change to an item or items on an online order, please contact us right away. We do our best to ship very promptly, and most online orders are shipped same day, or next day, with respect to weekends. Our team will be happy to quickly cancel your order, and start the refund process (refunds take 3-5 business days to credit back to your card), so you can place a new order for the items you prefer.
