With Route, you're completely covered if your package is damaged, lost, or even stolen after noted received by the carrier.
Filing a claim is nearly instant, and will be handled directly through Route: FILE A CLAIM
WHEN TO FILE:
- Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Lost: Within 30 days from the last tracking update
- Stolen: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
*Any refunds will be processed via PayPal and do not include taxes or shipping
