Once your order has been approved, we are unable to update or add additional items.
We are also unable to update to an alternate shipping address (we can fix a typo or add an apartment #, etc to the existing address though as long as the order isn't too far along). If you need to ship to a different address, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order. You can then place a new order with the correct shipping information.
If you've made a mistake on your order, or would like to add anything by placing a new order, please just reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help out. Once an order has been accepted by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or make changes.
