Delivery of your order may be delayed due to increased volume and current carrier staffing shortages. These delays could impact your final delivery date and unfortunately are out of our control. Your Goorin Bros. support team is always here to help, but we have no additional info past what is noted by the carrier tracking. Please refer to your FedEx tracking for any and all updates concerning delivery times.
Please double check your shipping info. Especially if it's been auto-filled. We are unable to update your address once an order is accepted and are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to customer error.
- FedEx Ground - By default all orders ship free via FedEx Ground (excluding Puerto Rico*)
- FedEx 2Day - Offered where available for an added cost. Cost is calculated directly from FedEx and will vary based on delivery location, weight, and box size.
- Estimated 2 day delivery refers to transit time once your package begins to travel with the carrier.
- Orders placed with FedEx 2Day delivery will be processed the following business day (M-F).
- FedEx 2Day delivery excludes weekends. Packages will be delivered M-F.
- Additional shipping charges for FedEx 2Day delivery are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, late arrival due to transit delays which are out of Goorin Bros. control. This is due to FedEx currently suspending their delivery guarantee on all expedited shipping options.
*Goorin Bros is not responsible for stolen packages if confirmed delivered. If package theft is a concern to you, you can request a hold for pickup directly with the carrier (FedEx) from your tracking info via the FedEx website. Simply go to "manage delivery" to find and select the closest drop-off location.
Shipping to Puerto Rico?
*Orders shipping to Puerto Rico will ship via FedEx Smartpost. Please note that we have been seeing increased delays with these shipments as they get held at the FedEx hub (typically in GA) awaiting a full container before continuing to their final destination. Packages have been arriving but you may not see an update on your tracking for several weeks. We ask that you please be patient.
