Returning Your Online Order
Returns must be accompanied by the original paper or printed digital receipt, products must be in their original condition, and the return must be initiated within 14 days.
*In-store purchases cannot be returned via our online store.

Returning items from multiple orders? - Customers must complete a separate return for each order number.
Once you have shipped your items please email us with your tracking info so we can keep an eye out and get your return processed as quickly as possible. We will not be able to process your return without confirmed tracking.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days once an item has been confirmed as received at our fulfillment center. Once your refund is processed, funds will post in roughly 3-7 business days.
*Puerto Rico is currently excluded from free returns (we're sorry).
*Friday FARM drops and underwear are non-returnable.
